The terms for Verified’s “Verify with 1-Click” text message program.

This SMS Terms of Service Agreement (“SMS Terms of Service” or the “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the “Verify with 1-Click” SMS program provided by Verified Network Inc. (“Verified”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Program Name: Verify with 1-Click

Description: Receive verification links from Verified Network Inc. for two-factor authentication (2FA).

Opt-In: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Verified Network Inc. for two-factor authentication (2FA).

Frequency: One message per authentication attempt.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to 50555 to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Help: Text HELP to 50555 for help. For additional support, contact support@verified.inc.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.verified.inc/legal#privacy-policy).

To support delivery of our Services, Verified engages certain Sub-Processors to Process Personal Data in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

This Verified Sub-Processor Site contains important information about such Sub-Processors engaged by us from time to time to Process Personal Data, including their functions and locations.

Verified notifies all customers of any changes to this list of Sub-Processors and updates the Sub-Processor Site.
