What does Verified need to find a patient’s insurance?

Their first name, last name and birthday. A state or ZIP code improves results. If you use 1-Click Signup first, the patient types almost nothing.

Which payers does Verified cover?

Over 4,000: see Supported Payers. Commercial plans like Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and state Medicaid programs.

How fast is it?

Many patients see their insurance in under 3 seconds, and all do in under 30 seconds. Results arrive by webhook or polling.

Can you check eligibility and benefits?

Yes. You get coverage status, plan details and benefits like deductible and what’s left, already parsed, plus the raw eligibility response. Verified also estimates what the patient will likely owe for a visit.

Do we need 1-Click Signup?

No, but we highly recommend it. 1-Click Signup can autofill a patient's identity info, so their insurance is autofilled with zero user input.

Do you store health data?

No. Results can be retrieved for a short time and are then deleted. Logs from those requests are kept for up to 90 days, encrypted and access-controlled.

Do you sign a BAA?
